RESPONSIBILITIES
- Minimum three years in an SAP Basis role.
- Minimum one year of monitoring responsibility.
- Should have very good oral and written communication skills Fluent in English (spoken & written).
- French will be considered as a value-add.
- Willing to work in shifts (following US & Canadian calendar).
- SAP Basis monitoring (manual).
- Execute and analyze Basis monitoring transactions.
- Document the findings.
- Attend to alert email from centralized support team and provide timely solutions.
- Transports Import transport (workbench and customizing) on customer demand for SAP landscape.
- Password resets Reset SAP user password on customer demand.
- Maintain period reports in the prescribed format(daily, weekly, monthly etc.,)
